We were retained to advise a small contractor to the U.S. defense and intelligence community on U.S. Government security requirements and NISPOM compliance measures, and to administer security clearances for the client's employees and cleared consultants.

We were retained to assist a small, high-technology company with their efforts to obtain a Department of Defense facility security clearance and establish a cost-effective, viable security compliance program to meet NISPOM requirements.  As an advisor to the company's chairman, we assisted this client with export control matters and questions regarding potential foreign ownership, control and influence (FOCI) concerns.  The company has obtained a DoD facility clearance, and has earned favorable inspection ratings from the Defense Security Service, the inspection authority for the U.S. Department of Defense.

We were retained by a high-technology manufacturing company to support the company's Facility Security Officer (FSO) and manage their security program, with an emphasis on their Department of Defense security compliance program.  The company received their DoD facility security clearance, and has since consistently received favorable inspection results from the Defense Security Service during annual on-site reviews.
